Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first engage in good faith negotiations before initiating any formal proceedings. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to arbitration conducted in accordance with the ICC ADR Rules.

Arbitration will be held in English in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
